Over the last couple of weeks we’ve received incredible feedback for local business owners. From guests pointing out problems, to complaints about service – all of which have helped local businesses improve.
Because of OwnerListens, owners have been able to address issues and prevent negative online reviews. Customers have enjoyed better service and the incredible rewarding feeling of helping out another person. It’s a win-win for everyone.
To encourage customers to provide their feedback so that local businesses can improve we are launching a weekly reward program. We will pick five feedback a week at random and those lucky winner will enjoy a $100 Visa Gift Card to use in their local community.

To participate in the contest all customers have to do is download the app and give feedback. It’s that easy and you can get up to five entries a day. And, owners, don’t worry, if a customer gives meaningless feedback or spams you just to get into the drawing, we will be able to disqualify them and shut them down quickly.
